I'd like to lose 30+ pounds, and the trainer I've been working with doesn't seem to know what she's doing with the food side of the equation. Does anyone know where I can find those magnetic/bead/therapeutic bracelet things anywhere preferably in or close to the loop? Hello, I am looking for a Rock Gym in the Chicago area and have yet to find anything online that looks promising. I was previously climbing in PA at the Philadelphia Rock Gym, which had top roping and bouldering.
